REPAIR REQUEST

RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications Include:

Income of approximately three (3) times the monthly rental rate
Positive credit history
NO evictions in the past 5 years
NO current bankruptcy proceedings
At least 3 years of good rental history or property ownership.
Properties require a one-year or longer lease, and up to 3 years is preferred.

PETS

Pets are allowed with breed restrictions and quantity limits. There is a one-time $500 non-refundable pet fee due upon lease signing.

SMOKING

Sorry, no smoking permitted anywhere on the property.

Tenant pays all utilities, including electricity, gas, garbage, water, internet, yard maintenance, snow removal and pool service is applicable, unless otherwise arranged.
